Rules

IMPORTANT: NEARLY ALL OF MY MUSES ARE CANON DIVERGENT. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE RESPECT THIS.Prior knowledge of fandoms are not required. Extremely crossover friendly.

Basic decency, please!
No godmodding, harassing, jumping into threads you’re not part of, et cetera. Be nice.
No minors.
This is for my sake as well as yours. Shoo! 18+ only.
Gore/NSFW is discord only.
I just prefer to keep that stuff private, as I'm shy. Non explicit is fine. My discord is available to mutuals on request.
I love to talk!
I'm a very friendly individual and I want to talk to you! I just get anxious. Please, come chat!

I am mutuals only.
If you want to interact without following me, please send me a message saying so. Do not interact with me before I follow you.
No drama.
Please. Keep me out of it. The block button is right there.
I'm oc friendly!
“Uh, yeah, I sure hope it does!” I do need there to be a dossier I can read, but that’s all.
Softblock if you unfollow.
It would just make it a lot easier for me, for various personal reasons.

Other

I don't vagueblog, and seeing that behavior is very triggering to me. If you see something I say and think it might be vagueblogging, please feel free to ask me if it is. The answer will always be no but I'm happy to explain if it makes you feel more comfortable, as I am autistic and have a tendency to say things that could be taken the wrong way without meaning to.I prefer to either plot a whole bunch with someone or have one first meeting thread with someone before writing interactions between characters as if they already know each other. This is to ensure that my characters are behaving as they normally would towards a character and to help me understand the dynamic in mind. If you don't want to write an introductory thread with me, that's fine and valid, but we need to have some talk ooc about how we feel like our muses would know each other and interact. On that note, I love shipping a WHOLE LOT and tend to go for it often but I definitely ship with chemistry.I'm nearly always on mobile, which means I have trouble trimming my posts. If the other person I am writing with is also unable to trim, or if the post gets long, I will tag the post "long post" or "untrimmed", and if I am writing with someone who is also mobile-bound I will trim using the mobile method, though that isn't perfect. Due to my ADHD, I often forget to trim or add the "untrimmed"/"long post" tag until the thread is already a bit long. I apologies for this, it's out of my control- my options are to either live without good trimming and editing, or to stop being high activity, and I chose the former. If this bothers you, you can tell me and I won't blame you if you don't follow me back, though I hope we can interact regardless, whether on tumblr or discord.Canon divergence is A-OK! I love it when I see it! Just because the majority of my muses on this particular blog are relatively canon compliant doesn't mean that canon divergence is invalid, whether on a minor or major scale. I may be the sort to enjoy taking small parts of canon and digging deep into them, but I will throw out entire chunks of important canon in the same breath if it does not please me. Canon is the canvas we paint on, nothing more. On that note, don't complain to me if my interpretation of my muse isn't what you want or expect. I'm here for me.That said, my presentation of my muses is flexible and each thread is it's own little verse to some degree on this blog, so their personalities and values may vary wildly from thread to thread as I emphasize different traits depending on the ultimate plot and tone my writing partner and I are going for, within certain limits that I place to ensure that the character remains recognizeable. Don't be afraid to suggest a different direction- just don't try to police me either.I add muses at a rapid pace, so there may be more muses than listed present on this blog, especially minor ones. Don't mind it, and shoot me an ask or message if you see someone you're interested in- or even feel free to suggest new muses to pick up! God knows I'll try any muse once.I am multiship. Each thread is in a different verse unless specified otherwise, and thus just because my muse is in a relationship in one interaction with one person does not mean that they are taken in other threads with other people. Even if they were the majority of my muses are some form of polyamorous, but that's a whole other discussion. On that note, I do not do exclusives, as I view each depiction of a muse as different and equally valuable and do not want to stifle or limit potential dynamics with one person's depiction of a canon muse simply because someone else with a different depiction of that canon character happened to approach me for shipping first.I write some very dark content! That doesn't mean I support it! The muses on this blog are villains, and they hurt people. They might even hurt your muse. Their backstories are very dark, and referenced often, as are their current hurtful actions. Just because I explore a theme does not mean I think that the actions committed are okay- in fact, I often depict these themes because I want to point out how horrific they are.Common themes are torture, coercion, slavery, cannibalism, body horror, dehumanization, brainwashing, physical and emotional abuse against partners and children, religious violence, racism, neglect, isolation, chronic illness, terminal illness, gore, death, sex, imperialism, kidnapping, dismemberment, and many, many different types of horror often mashed together haphazardly. Tread with caution, and ask me to tag anything you need.Due to just how often these themes arise, I don't tag these themes in threads unless I have been specifically asked to or the specific case of that theme is extreme and explicit. If you have a request to tag certain themes in your rules, then if I am following you, I have already read this and will tag it from then on, and if you ask me to tag something because it is personally triggering to you specifically, I will tag it. Do not ask me to tag something because "it may be upsetting to someone", if YOU aren't personally bothered by it, don't bother. I won't tag it.Here's a list of things I will try to always tag, and the accompanying tags. If I follow you and you have something in your rules and it isn't in this list, that means I don't think I'll write it at all, since I update this list before even hitting the follow button. If I forget to tag something, I promise it isn't on purpose, I struggle with severe memory problems.nsfw (anything explicit)

About

Hi, I’m Nikola, a 21+ Appalachian and Armenian artist and writer! You can call me Nik for short, or Cannibal, if you like. My pronouns are he/him. I like to write a lot, especially about monsters. I can be persuaded to try out just about any character for at least a little bit, so of course my muse list got very long very fast and I ended up making a few multimuse blogs to keep everything organized.THEKAVSEKLABS is my primary blog, and it sees my near constant attention. My muses and world have existed for a long time, and I was eventually compelled to share them with you here! I'm also working on a book, a video game, and a webcomic, each of which will contain muses from my main blog- though I'm a long way off from finishing any of them. This blog holds my various muses that didn't get their own blogs.

Father Nicodimas

Name: Nicodimas Abdel (this may be changed)
Height: 5'2 (157 cm)
Gender: Intersex man (he/him)
Sexuality: Bisexual but he won't admit any attraction at all
Age: 49
Race: Human, white

Occupation: Priest and scholar
Myers-Briggs:
Temperament:
Dark Triad:
Star sign:

Overview:
Father Nicodimas Abdel is a catholic priest, living in an approximation of late 1500s France. He was 12 when the French Wars of Religion began, and lived in an abbey, but eventually moved away for his own safety. He then began, along with others who had moved, to build a church on the countryside that would eventually become the center of a small town, to the west of Paris and nearing the edge of Normandy.
While he was growing up and helping to construct this place, Nicodimas's body began to change (as explained down in his notes), and his understanding of himself did too. He felt sinful, cursed, and scared of his own body, and told no one. Even now he is uncertain and ashamed, and thus reluctant to let others close- though with his celibacy, he knows it shouldn't matter anyway.Nicodimas eventually learned of the end of the French Wars of Religion, having lived largely isolated even within his small town out of fear of Huguenot violence against him. He had been on the Huguenot's side, believing they deserved their religious freedom, but over the years as millions died and he was driven from his home for his Catholicism despite his support for the Huguenots, he began to doubt both sides of the conflict, and his religion in general, and this doubt only rose at the end when he learned of how many had died, what it had taken to secure freedom for a time, and the cost to the stability of government. In addition to this, Nicodimas was uncertain that the wars were really over- after all, it had 'ended' twice only to resurface only a couple years later each time. Nicodimas now lives in turmoil, uncertain with his place, sense of self, and religion, having spent all he had for his entire life for his god only to now doubt.Personality:
Nicodimas may doubt his faith, but no one would know it. He speaks fervently, so much so that he convinces himself if only until he no longer has an excuse to speak. He speaks sternly, but not without care, and can ease up and be gentle where is needed. He has a tendency towards anger and impulse, but tries to suppress this, to some amount of success. He has introverted tendencies, and spends most of his time either working as a priest or studying alone. The rare times he goes out, it's to buy a book or three- he hires young children who are not yet old enough for proper jobs to fetch groceries for him, since he knows their families need the coin, but he does not trust them with his books.
Abilities:
No abilities beyond that of a normal human man. Depending on discussions with other muns he is not able to repel or harm demons, vampires, etc. except by use of symbols that any normal person can use, such as crosses.
Weaknesses:
Unsteady mental state, poor self care.
Notes:
Nicodimas is intersex, partial androgen insensitivity disorder. He was born with a fused labia and enlarged clitoris, resulting in him being assigned male at birth. As he grew older, his labia unfused, resulting in fairly normal seeming female genitals. He also has a very slight soft chest, but not enough so to need binding to appear male- just soft, nothing more. His hips and thighs are also more feminine than he'd like, but still very much male passing, and he has a reasonably masculine voice. He has slight facial hair, but it is thin, scattered, and soft, and he does not need to shave it to keep it short. However, he generally does, though he experiments with it from time to time.
Verses:
Fantasy: Everything is the same, except magic is a widely known thing, as are fae and various other beings. Nicodimas is somewhat prejudiced against nonhumans.
I am also happy to do crossovers with this character, and generally prefer them to using my generic fantasy verse, because I enjoy Nicodimas being shocked and confused by new environments or beings.

The Dragon

Name: The Dragon
Height: Shifts
Gender: Agender (He/they/it)
Sexuality: Asexual (sex neutral) demiromantic
Age: Older than humanity.
Race: Dragon

Occupation: Hoarder, deity, guardian of Dragonscliffe
Myers-Briggs:
Temperament:
Dark Triad:
Star sign:

Overview:
The Dragon is an ancient being resiting atop a mountain on a peninsula, guarded by a strangely quiet and devoted village called Dragonscliffe.
Backstory:
As established earlier in the bio, the Dragon is older than humanity. But he quickly took interest in it and it’s predecessors, and their rising intelligence. When other dragons started to come to being, in the early days of civilization due to human activity and the emergence of mages, the Dragon was initially pleased to learn that they had been named after him. However, he was eventually forgotten by most of humanity due to his solitude atop the mountain at the end of the peninsula of Dragonscliffe, and his nocturnal nature. The village at the base of the mountain, and various other villages that he visits on occasion, have not forgotten him, and he has become a legend whispered of to travellers. The Dragonscliffe village still worships him, on the full moon they send someone on a pilgrimage up the mountain with a gift, and the Dragon has been known to sometimes keep this individual as a servant, with their consent. This is considered a great honor, and he pays this servant with access to his hoard of books and artifacts, and teaches them personally. On the blue moon, the Dragon will sometimes appear and the village will have a festival.
In return for these gifts, the Dragon blesses the village with his protection, and aid should they ever ask it. Most often this aid comes in the form of allowing their mages to look upon his hoard, and use it for their research. At times the village has been known to defend the Dragon without his asking, by preventing other beings from bothering or attacking him, or helping him when he is sick. Such behavior is rewarded.Personality:
The Dragon has a love of drama and isn’t afraid to admit it, if there is something far too dramatic than it has any right to be going on then the Dragon is sure to either be there or is eager to hear about it. He loves stories, and has a great love of children and their nonsense and wonder. He tends to resolve his conflicts without violence, usually with intimidation, and if there’s a way he can weasel a bonus out of it for himself, usually by establishing some sort of tithe to himself or holiday in his honor, he will. He likes humanity and all it’s quirks, such as stories and music, and he dislikes true darkness.
Abilities:
The dragon hoards knowledge of all subjects, and is a powerful and ancient mage. He can shapeshift and has all the abilities one would expect of a massive muscular dragon with huge teeth and talons. He shapeshifts and can fly, and breathes blue fire or ice at will. On the night of the full moon, or when the night sky is clear and the stars bright, most of his power is greater but he becomes stuck in his dragon form, and usually extra large as well.
Weaknesses:
During the night, if he is in a human form, draconic features will shine through such as horns or glowing eyes, even if he tries to hide it. The stronger the moon and starlight on him, the more dragonlike and larger he is forced to be. He can also become animalistic at times, giving way to baser instincts like his desire to hoard or be violent. This can happen when he is angry or scared, or on the new moon when he is often smaller, weaker, and upset. His eyes are weak to bright light, such as sunlight.
Notes:
The Dragon is, you guessed it, a dragon, but different from all other dragons in his world due to a difference in origin. The Dragon is two to three times longer than a normal dragon on his average day and can grow up to over a thousand feet in length if he’s feeling particularly spectacular, whereas normal dragons can range from a couple inches to an average 60 feet long to a large 100 feet. Not to mention the difference in intelligence, the Dragon is incredibly intelligent where normal dragons range from animal-like to human-like intelligence, rarely above. There are other "superior dragons" of the Dragon’s kind, and each is born from a primal source, with the Red coming from the sun and fire where the Dragon coming from the night itself. Normal dragons come from smaller sources, such as a sacred flame or a specific star, or even a bush for particularly small dragons.
Appearance-wise, in his normal form, the Dragon is massive both in length and bulkiness, with powerful muscle and armoured scales. His scales are the deepest black, with a spray of faint twinkling silver occasionally dotting the underside of his wings like starlight. When he takes a human form, he can appear two ways. When he does not care to blend in he has dark black skin, and could be mistaken for melanistic were it not for his stark white hair or the glow of his eyes. When he prefers to blend in, though, his skin remains dark but a more normal shade of rich brown, and his hair is black, his eyes normal. He is 6’5” as a human, and looks to be in his 40s, occasionally with intricate black tattoos. He can also take a form with a dragon lower half and a humanoid upper half, like a centaur. The human half is scaled to the dragon half.Verses:

Aaravos

Gender: Demiboy (he/they)
Sexuality: Pansexual
Age: Ancient (Appears lower 30s)
Race:

Occupation: Archmage
Myers-Briggs:
Temperament:
Dark Triad:
Star sign:

Overview:
Aaravos is a strange being residing on the other side of a well guarded magical mirror. You cannot hear him, nor can he hear you- but he seems happy to guide you to your desires regardless through strange and powerful ancient magic.
Backstory:
Not much is known about Aaravos and his story, and he intends to keep it this way. He was an elven archmage, able to use all known forms of magic and shown to have some amount of political power among elves and dragons, as he was present when humans were banished from the land of magic for their use of dark magic. Presumably, his own practice of the forbidden magic was unknown to the other magical beings.
Eventually he was banished into a mirror realm on a separate plane of existence, and remains able to see but not interact with the world through it except by mutual magical efforts with another mage in the normal world. This mirror was kept close to where the dragon king Avizandum and his mate Zubeia slept, under constant guard until stolen by the human Lord Viren along with the dragon Prince egg. The reasons for Aaravos’s imprisonment are unknown, but possibly have to do with Aaravos’s knowledge and skill with dark magic- I choose to believe that Aaravos taught the first human dark mage, and that this along with his various other schemes were eventually discovered.Personality:
Mysterious, secretive, charming and manipulative. Aaravos is often playful and relaxed, but is also quite the sadist. He is incredibly patient, provided he does not know of a preferable option to waiting. He spends much time reminiscing on the past and setting up plans upon plans for his escape.
Abilities:
Aaravos is a master manipulator and an even more powerful mage, being the only known being to use all six primal sources without a primal stone, in fact the only known being able to use more than one at all. He is also able to use dark magic, and use magic without speaking any incantation. His power and scope of knowledge is incredible, able to transform entire armies or kill with a touch. He is also incredibly intelligent and perceptive to an intimidating degree.
Weaknesses:
Currently, Aaravos is trapped within his mirror realm and only able to communicate nonverbally. A ritual must be completed on both sides of the mirror for Aaravos to be able to speak to anyone at all, and another (if getting caterpillar silk all up in your eye counts as a ritual) to be seen as a ghostlike pale spectre outside of the mirror. His power currently depends on the individuals he can get his hands on, and the items the individuals can get their hands on.
Notes:
Aaravos, or at least his mirror, is known to be dangerous by at least some magical beings, such as Runaan, the moonshadow elf who calls his mirror (or perhaps his presence) a “fate worse than death”. His name appears in the books Lord Viren attempts to read, but Aaravos’s magic prevents Viren from catching more than a glimpse of these pages.
I diagnose this man with some serious depression. Like all of my muses are depressed but god man. Imagine not experiencing the world and simply living in a small space for thousands of years. He doesn’t even have the stimulation of pain. He must feel so fucking empty.Verses:
Catchall- Through magical nonsense, Aaravos's mirror has found itself in a new dimension with new rules he is now trying to navigate without being able to percieve beyond what he sees through the mirror. Enjoy!

Talyn Bloodseeker

Name: Talyn (Tall-in) Bloodseeker
Height: 6'2
Gender: Bigender (she/they)
Sexuality: Bisexual, leans towards men a little
Age: Upper 30s
Race: Dark Elf

Occupation: Thief
Myers-Briggs:
Temperament:
Dark Triad:
Star sign:

Overview:
A dark elf with surprisingly recent dwarf ancestry, Talyn doesn't remember most of her life. Her memories before 20 are incomprehensible, and up to about 27 they remain cloudy but make slightly more sense. She chose her own name, and at some point left her home in Riften and Skyrim in general for ten years before returning and getting caught stealing from an imperial guard at an unfortunate moment. She got away, but any hopes of living a normal life are pretty much gone. That's fine.
Personality:
Cool, unfriendly, uncaring. Surprisingly easy to read when it comes to her mood, as she can become actively rude and abrasive if worked up. She likes good food, good mead, and money. Despair when she walks into your store. She won't talk to you, and when you turn around everything will have vanished into her pockets. Especially any good armor or weapons. And god help you if you get in her way.
Abilities:
All the natural abilities of her race. A good smith, a great fighter, and a dangerous killer and thief. She dabbles in magic but doesn't really bother with it all, she just wanted in on whatever nonsense is happening with the college of winterhold. She does make a hella nice potion of health and the occasional enchanted weapon but that's about all she cares for in that regard.

The Bog King

Name: Bog
Height: Two and a half inches
Gender: Demiboy (he/him)
Sexuality: Pansexual
Age: Upper 30s
Race: Goblin

Occupation: King of the Dark Forest
Myers-Briggs:
Temperament:
Dark Triad:
Star sign:

Overview:
Bog King is the goblin king of the Dark Forest, a jaded and angry man with some fairy ancestry.
Backstory:
At some point after becoming king, Bog fell in love with an unnamed woman and attempted to use a love potion on her, as this was considered normal at the time. However, after following the instructions of the Sugar Plum Fairy, the potion did not work, and Bog was rejected. Bog, believing that this was because he was too hideous to love, became embittered, and locked the Sugar Plum Fairy away, not listening to her attempts to explain the true reason the potion didn’t work. Bog proceeded to outlaw love potions in the dark forest, and order that all primroses be cut down upon being found as they were the singular ingredient to love potions.
Personality:
Loud, harsh, abrasive, and angry. Bog King is quick to anger and violent or overdramatic reactions, and is shown to keep grudges for long periods of time. Despite this, Bog is well loved by his citizens, and shows some level of restraint for them at times.
Abilities:
Bog King is an intelligent and efficient ruler, and makes good use of resources available. He also is a formidable fighter with his staff, able to defeat every enemy he faces with the exception of the Fairy Princess Marianne, and the only fighter known to be even with Marianne. Bog is also incredibly strong and quick, moving fast enough that he becomes a blur in short spurts and able to lift the top half of the skull of a deer (remember how little he is) for several seconds. Bog is also able to fly, and can even fly in places that fairies can’t due to the different shape of his wings and familiarity with the Dark Forest. He is also a good singer and performer, a valuable skill in this world seeing as it takes place in a musical. His staff amplifies his voice, and he is able to trap significantly smaller beings in a sort of magical spiderweb-ball.
Weaknesses:
Bog will almost always tackle any task himself, even and especially if it’s dangerous, and refuse any help. Also he's really really little
Notes:
None
Verses:
Human- Bog is a 6'10 man who repairs vehicles for a living, sometimes gets into racing.
Alien- Bog is an 8'7 alien, appearing as he does in his main verse, and is the ruler of his planet. Essentially like his main verse, but for sci fi.
